I acknowledge that running and participating in Runnerpeeps activities are potentially hazardous. I should not participate unless I can do so safely. I assume all risks associated with running and all other Runnerpeeps activities including, but not limited to, falls and other injuries, contact with other participants, weather-related issues, and road and traffic conditions. Having read this waiver, and as a condition of membership, I, for myself and anyone entitled to act in my behalf, waive and release Runnerpeeps and all their sponsors, their representatives and successors, from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in Runnerpeeps program activities despite any liability that may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons referred to in this waiver. I also grant permission for all of the foregoing to use any photographs, videos, recordings, or any other record of my participation in club activities for legitimate purposes.
